Got a call last night from the client, she can't send or receive email in outlook. She was happy to wait until this morning so I said I'd call back to her.
Then I started reading "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" until the sun was coming up and slept 'til noon.
Mad dash into the office, apologies all around. Seems her email account information got lost somewhere in the corruption/ copying. Anyway, I ended up having to re-setup the account in Outlook, fortunately she remembered her password.
That REALLY bugs me :irked: when people lose passwords, disks, manuals, etc. and then expect you to magically produce the information.
