Let me tell you about the pancakes my mom would make on Shrove Tuesday. Crepes…filled with creamcheese and lemon, all whipped up nice and light. Then the crepes are rolled up, and you sprinkle sugar and lemon juice on them! And of course on the side…bacon. :p
