  1. Congratulations on getting your car fixed  Monty Python and the Holy Grail is a classic πŸ˜€

  2. Yay! See, just cause you pray to Walky doesn't mean he's gonna make you walk 40 miles! πŸ˜€

  3. Thanks folks :):star: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ :star:It's one of my favourite quotes Marcus. (I'm glad I didn't have to eat the minstrels. πŸ˜€ ):star: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ :star:Yes San, my prayers were answered. Praise Walky!

  4. Glad to hear it… coming from one who has had a series of awful things happening with her new 1994 Honda Accord POS.

  5. It's a great relief Duplo, and ( :left: touch wood :right: ) it's been running fine ever since.

  6. Good to hear you're back polluting the environment :PI guess for people who depend on cars, it'd be bad to have one that needs fixing. Me however, I take the bus and after 1 yr of taking the bus each and every day, I'm sooo sick of it Grrr!

  7. I wish I could take the bus. I really wished I could have taken the bus when my car broke down. But there just was none  I do prefer living in the country, but public transport is non-existent out here. BTW, how are your driving lessons going? πŸ˜€

  8. Oh, I didn't know there were no busses where you lived. Luckily there is a bus stop 2 minutes from my house and that bus goes straight to uni πŸ™‚ My cousin lives in the country and there is a bus. I'm the only one who uses it! Somehow, I don't think my $1.50 fare covers the cost of running the thing.driving lesssons…yeah they're going pretty good. I'm slowly getting 50 hours. I'll drive on the freeway today (that's 3 hours of driving). This time, I need to remember NOT to look out of the window and KEEP my eyes on the road so I don't almost hit a policeman…*embarassed*

  9. That's very handy. How is the schedule? I looked into getting a bus in some of the nearest towns, but there was only one a day and it went too late in the day to be of any use. Oops, πŸ˜‰ I hope you do get your licence. Then you can start polluting too. πŸ˜€ And paying tax, insurance, fuel, AND repair bills πŸ™„

  10. haha no! I'll never actually DRIVE the car (I don't have money to pay for one and don't need one) I'll keep catching the bus, becasue it's cheaper πŸ™‚ haha It'd probably be easier for you to walk then πŸ™‚ Or get a friend to push you in a wheelbarrow πŸ˜€ (I've always wanted to try that)

  11. Good for you. I don't know if I would be able to give up my car. I'm just used to having one and I don't like being tied to a bus schedule. Since it's about 20 miles to college, they'd want to be a very good friend. (Did I mention it's been raining all week. πŸ˜€ )

  12. Here in South Africa we use minibus taxis. 15 seat busses that leave as soon as they're full. along the route they drop of and pick up and they're pretty cheap. A short trip of 80km cost ZA R20. The petrol for the same trip is nearly ZA R60.
